COVID-19 response
Due to the unprecedented circumstances, the Board is taking action to protect the health and safety of the public we serve and our staff while maintaining regular access to our appeal process.
The Board continues to follow the direction of Provincial Health Authorities and WorkSafeBC. Despite the challenges of the pandemic, thanks to our staff and stakeholders, the Board continues to work towards its goals of timely, efficient and fair resolution of appeals.
We ask our stakeholders to contact us by telephone or email. We will respond as quickly as possible.
Hearing and settlement conferences will continue to proceed, preferably as remote proceedings or by written submissions. In the event an in-person settlement conference or hearing is required, the Board has developed protocols consistent with COVID-19 Health and Safety protocols.
Further updates will be provided as required. Thank you for your patience as we all work together to stop the spread of the virus.
