Calendar of Hearings

Hearings are open to the public.  If you plan to attend, please contact the Board the day before to confirm the hearing is still proceeding and the start time.  Sometimes hearings are cancelled at the last moment.

Note:
For many appeals, the parties reach agreement without a hearing. For other appeals, the Board will make a decision based on written submissions from the parties (without an in-person hearing).  You can search the appeal status of any active appeals, or search the decision for any completed appeals.
